Our design engineers have expertise to design any specialized application for Furnace, Rectifier, Earthing, Isolation or Dry Type transformers, as per various quality standards like IS, BS & IEC. Even special softwares are self developed to suit any customized requirements. Use of AUTO CAD / PROE softwares for mechanical excellence are now a days common & are adopted by us too.
Stage to stage internal strict inspection module is set by skilled staff to ensure the quality as per design. Proper dehydration of assembly is ensured too. Also dehydration of transformer oil as per
IS 335 is done for long life of transformers.
Finished products are tested as per standard specification & design data in our modern testing laboratory by experienced engineers. Due to above our transformers are through at ERDA even with
varied specific requirements by our clients.
